Australian Tallow Producers Update
10 Feb 2017 The following update was sent from Leighton Black.
As previously advised, we remain committed to the residents and the greater community in regards to completing works agreed with EPA to upgrade the ATP site.
Works that have been undertaken include:
- The central processing building has a new roof installed and point source ducting to Biofilter.
- Commissioning of a fully integrated and automated process line is installed and due for completion late Feb.
- Additional point source ducting and humidifiers have been installed on Biofilters 1 and 2 to improve efficiency.
- An Australian first waste heat evaporator to treat process water has been installed and will be commissioned by late Feb.
