Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) has issued a second fine against a West Footscray company for failing to comply with section 27 (1A)(a) of the Environment Protection Act 1970.
Trading as Casings Australia, 19713 Pty Ltd came to EPA’s attention when it was found in April 2016 to be holding the equivalent of more than 45,000 car tyres at its Somerville Road site. Read more
